vintage PAL razor blades

just bought some of these off ebay, they were pretty cheap (£1 for 10). has anyone got any experience of these? what are they like?

Haven't tried them, but i looked them up yesterday and general consensus was avoid.

ah well, they were cheap enough. ill still try them anyway, nothing ventured and all that...

gave a blade a run out in my merkur hd yesterday and had to abandon it after a few strokes, rough as bulls lugs and dragged really badly. worth a try

Yeah I did the same in my open comb New yesterday. Wonder if these were good sellers back in the day? I'm guessing much cheaper than Gillette's!
