Yet another ingenious idea.. ....perfect!After quite a bit of design work and lots of doubts about blade measurements and tolerances I have finally ordered five of those:

My first design for 3D printers...
If it fits. I have several designs for blades with or without a spine of different widths, with curved or straight bottom and top. It's about 7 quid a go to have them made in plastic. Once I have found the one design that works (hopefully this one - it seems the most promising) I'll have one CNCed in aluminium by a friend. It's an hommage to the Kampfe brothers...
I also wanted to see how the 3D printer copes with them (and how it can be done in my 3D design software)
