I always disassemble the razor , rinse the blade, lie the blade on a towel pat dry,then carefully replace it in it's paper holder for it's next use, some of you won't agree with this, but it works for me, i too live in a hard water area and get a build up of scum and limescale, also i shave every second day, and don't use the same razor for the week.I do the same because hard water allows the build up of scum and limescale. It is a real pain in the neck so needs special attention.
