Mine arrived tonight and I used it for the first time. It was a bit more aggressive than I like and left me with red patches, but that could be my technique more than anything.

Mine arrived tonight and I used it for the first time. It was a bit more aggressive than I like and left me with red patches, but that could be my technique more than anything.

It took a few shave for me with the DOC to get the right angle and after that it was efficient and smooth but not aggressive.

Here's an interesting thread. I will quote the most interesting part:

The result was an extremely comfortable BBS shave. The razor is more efficient than the similar Phoenix DOC and milder than the Phoenix stainless DOC.

If I had to compare it to another razor it would be maybe s flare tip Superspeed or a Slim set on around 3...
