Haha! I was pretty happy with my electric shaver before i came across shave forums.

However, i only own one razor but have two different base plates. One brush and a few soaps.

3. Rockwell 6s base plate 4

Rockwell 6C generally, but just had a quick shave with my EJ89 and Personna blades and it was surprisingly good.

I've not been shaving for that many years but I agree one of a brush/soap/razor won't bring as much pleasure of having a few of each (or more than a few of each....)
