I ordered a couple of tucks of these from a user in another forum, and they arrived yesterday. I took one for a spin today and got a surprisingly comfortable shave. I'll concentrate on closeness in tomorrow's shave.

I think these are roughly 1960's era blades made in East Kilbride, Scotland ( if my research is correct ).

I am just checking back in on this thread with an update. I've had six pretty decent shaves on this blade. It might have a touch more blade feel than some of my more favored blades, but it is by no means uncomfortable. It gives me close and comfortable shaves, and I am glad I took the opportunity to try them out.

I didn't shave this morning, so shave #7 will be tomorrow.

I completed shave #7 and the blade was starting to feel a little tired. No mishaps, and it still completed the shave effectively.

Not a bad blade at all, but maybe not good enough to chase down in bulk. I'll see how future blades behave before adding more to my collection.
