I may be a little bias but i like The Dandy Gent Lime Shaving Soap
There are plenty out there including Trumpers and most recently Crabtree & Evelyn Limes.
However, I still think the best - for both protective lather and moisturising properties - is Castle Forbes Limes. OK, it's technically a cream, but in theory it is loaded like a soap as it's so hard.

Just arrived from scent from heaven a puck of lime and a puck of cherry. Both smell strong and gorgeous
Test lather i using a boar and get a thick creamy lather.
They fit perfect in an old GFT cream tub
(2 empty ones on route courtesy of trumpers excellent customer services)

I can recommend Jabonman's range. I have a lovely fresh Lime and Menthol from him, it's not a hard soap, more of a soft soap, but very, very nice to use and wonderful fragrance.
