Customs / Duty for razors in Germany

Hi,

I am going to buy a razor from UK and have it shipped to an address in Germany

Will germany levy any customs / duty on the razor?

I didn’t know where exactly to post this thread so i am posting it here - mods, please move this if there is a more appropriate place for this thread

Like other EU countries, shipments heading to Germany require customs documentation, and import VAT and import duty will be charged in Germany – rather than the UK – and paid by the receiver of the parcel. Personal senders must complete a commercial invoice with their shipping agent.
