Lots of love for it, I'd say ... just a rebrand of DR Harris soaps.
That said, DR Harris have recently reformulated and whether Cyril Salter will move to that new formulation is yet to be seen. Going back through their formulations, they've shared with DR Harris back to about 2016 when they switched from the Broad Oak formulation used by Floris, C&E & Penhaligons, presumably the switch being at the point that Floris sold off Broad Oak.
Classic British triple-milled soaps are routinely used by many folks, just not much in the spotlight for chat.
