Damaged bottom plate

Just bought a new Pearl after assembly I noticed some very slight damage to the base plate are these removable or will they not affect the shave and should I not be bothered

I would send it back myself.

Yep, if bought new I would contact the seller, shouldn't have to rectify a manufacturing problem and they can claim back from the supplier.
