New but experiencing AD already

Hi,

Started DE shaving a week ago. Bought an EJ on special offer. Coupled this with a sample pack of blades from Connaught and some bluebeards revenge cream.

Was using a body shop synthetic brush before I knew better, but found it very scratchy and harsh. Awaiting the arrival of a new forest high mountain brush, which should sort this :)

I generally don't like shaving - was using an electric when I had to. Now I am starting to enjoy shaving and being clean shaven.

Have learnt a good deal already from reading the posts here.

Anyhow, have lots to learn and know where to come to seek the answers / knowledge.

Welcome to the site Jason. A good bunch of guys in here and can offer plenty of advice.

I'm a newbie as well and i'm learning new things everyday.

I only found out about DE shaving from a football fans forum and they pointed me in the direction of this site. Only advice i can offer is get someone to hide your wallet :D
