Hello all.
I've been DE shaving for about 3 weeks after deciding my Gillette Sensor was getting old. I asked for advice on the Guardian Talk site and ended up with a Merkur 34C which I love. I am working my way through a sample pack from Connaught and using their own brand cream and a Salter brush. Astras are my favourite blade so far (I found Feathers were a bit dangerous for a newbie).
Went a bit crazy on ebay at the weekend and now have an Ever-ready and a little 4 piece travel razor.
Maybe this needs its own thread but I also picked up this http://tinyurl.com/64knbk4 I couldn't find anything on the internet about it until I saw this ad http://tinyurl.com/6axubhe. I wondered if anyone knew anything about it. Were they popular? What happened to the company? The blades appear to be specialist so has anyone ever seen them for sale? Also, does it work?
Any help would be appreciated.
