Quite a while really - i like to use one thing until i am satisfied i have explored it fully, before i buy a replacement. I think it can be deceptively easy for us to use something once and badly and then just shelve it, without then exploring whether its the device or the operator at fault, and that's the same for many hobbies and interests i think, not just shaving.finally ordered a razor after some time lol

Whichever one I'm shaving with is my favorite,... they all shave the same really, after all, they're just a handle for the blade.@TobyC what's your favourite vintage Gillette razor?
