Reccomend me a watch for work

Either or both. I'm currently looking at this one which I think I will go with. Bit more than I was going to spend but the auto time set and solar sold it to me http://www.watchshop.com/mens-casio-g-shock-waveceptor-alarm-chronograph-radio-controlled-watch-awg-m100a-1aer-p99945636.html#tabs

The GShock Tough Solar movement is very good. That's a good watch for the price. Hasn't it got more functions than you wanted though?

Timex makes some low price watches with lights

Yes more than I wanted but a countdown timer may get used occasionally. The first timex looked nice, not sure about the straps on the second one. Reminds me of old mans braces.

Forgot I had this timex. Got it on today, no arm hairs pulled as yet.

I have a breo watch called a Zone.
£50, 24 month guarantee and hard as nails. I surf in it, DIY, currently restoring a camper van wearing it and it's fine.
