Today, I've been enjoying abu_al_hifs Chypre Rose (an attar), which is finishing the day quite peppery and the rose quite darkened. Notes are Top: Bergamot, Lemon, Rose; Heart: Geranium, Jasmine, Tuberose, Clove; Base: Amber, Oak Moss, Sandalwood, Musk.

Uhhhh? So, the scent of fish eggs? I know I put some pretty peculiar smells on, what with my eclectic collection of attars, but ... caviar?
Actually, the formal scent profile sounds pretty nice, but it's a bit lost in translation ... sorta like Meissner Tremonia's oddly named Indian Flavour soap.

The name doesn't really make much sense hehehe.
But it's a good - and cheap - Kouros Fraicheur clone.
Just picked up a bottle of this in the Boots sale and its very nice, especially for the price.
