Do you spin?

"*** Breaking News ***"
@twhite510 - the creator of such things such as the Bunny injector razor, B-Chub brush, etc is considering making his own spinner. Now, who wouldn't want that? :)

Man like I said before. You are a serious trouble maker[emoji23]. The spinners need to wait for a bit. I am working on 2 other projects right now.

No disrespect to @twhite510, as I have not seen the quality of his workmanship, but I hope it will be spectacular to compete in today's spinner market. So much competition. Perhaps a focus group of shaving spinners to get ideas and troubleshoot would be idea as many of us have them.

I would be very interested in what you all find lacking in them. Any input would be welcome.

Let's instead say what *I* would like in an 'ideal spinner' - and hopefully others can do as well;

1) Made out of metal and probably brass/copper/steel to gain some spinning momentum through the weight
2) Interchangeable finger grips a la Rotablade so you can customize the look a bit
3) Ceramics or hybrid bearings that would allow for a spin time of 6+ minutes
4) A price point south of $90
5) A design similar to Torqbar, Rotablade Stubby and vorso as personally I find them to be really visually appealing

Personally I don't care much for Trit inserts and such but that's my personal opinion :)

Thanks Tom, if you could have them ready by Dec 15 say that'd be swell. Thanks in advance! :D

Tom,

Myself @Darkbulb, @Northam Saint, @Looney12345 I reckon would be happy to give input in order to assist you I design. For me it will weight, cost, and accessories.

Paul

When I get around to it. I will definitely enlist your help. Right now I am working on making a grinder for straight razors. I want to make my own blade. So I am trying to piece together a belt sander to grind the hollow out.

I understood "razors" and "blade".
All I really heard though was;
"Swisch swosch i'm hurrying up this side project so I can focus on my life long dream of producing stellar spinners for the wetshaving community. My name is Tom and I approve this message. Swoop"

Btw, I asked Paul at Rotablade if he had intentionally made the Stubby similar to the Zippo in dimension when designing it and his reply was;
"Not intentionally but during design figured it out and they fit in most zippo pouches"

I'd definitely be up for testing if required. I am a little unconventional (I think) in that spin time isn't a huge factor for me as I generally flick back and forth. A lovely object which feels great in the hand, looks great and spins smooth is for me! Would be nice to see something a little innovative design wise if possible :D

Truth be told...I've actually been secretly testing @twhite510 's spinner. Code named "The Bunny Hop" or TBH-V1.
Here it is with me at a local coffee shop to show a sense of scale a bit. It might be hard to see but there's a very nice touch of a Bunny logo on the bearing finger grip. Spin time is approx 35 mins.
