I think so Pat,..Best of the last 12 months and your all-time favourite....runners-up could be listed as well....the list would exist for a year, maybe stickied for quick reference and your choice of favourite might change next year.

The choice is like a General Election,...First past the post,..most votes for a single candidate,..or Proportional Representation where you might vote for a top 3 in order,....which can mean that everyone's third choice wins.Yes, I see where you are going I think.....I would have a hard time naming just one supplier .
