A double espresso extraction...

Dear Coffee lovers.
I have to report that I used Happy Donkey Brazilian beans.
Double basket.
Great looking extraction. No fluffing or airiness, just creaminess. With good colour not over or under.
And blow me down the milk turned out just right too.
And double blow me down I made a lovely concentric heart.
It was going to be a flower but you know...
And then I drank it in the warm but pale winter sunshine.
Oh yes one to remember!
