A double espresso extraction...

Thank you tony! Yes, I really like it, right up there with the Rancilio Silvia, I think, but I got it for a song (compared to the Silvia).

Cheers Tony! I love those Eagle machines, I know I would never get away with having one, but they look so lovely. Have you seen Electras machines?

I saw that Faema auction before, must be advertising, but never the less ...

Man, that's not funny. You must have been drinking like mad, being Italian and breast fed with espresso. How many shots did you drink? I love that kick you get when you're tired, but it shouldn't be a frantic kick (don't like those, same with cigars).

Oooooooooooooooooop
Looooooooovley.
Mine are ok but started to get very airy or bubbly.
Beans might be drying out I guess.
No thick crema so it's a bit frothy or loose.
I cannot grind any finer...

Ah your there in the coffee thread are you?
I never know where you will pop up next.
Yes that's exactly what I wanted to say!!
And if I over tighten her she'll blow!!!
If you know what I mean... Ahem ahem.
Better this morning. Instead of timing my extraction I watched it.
Simply cut it short as it started to get too loose.
Worked a treat and a lovely cappu followed.
Cleaned burrs and hopper too. New beans to open let's what that does.
It'll take three hours captain.
Well scotty you've only got two...,
Yrs
Blake.

Best way, I think. You'll see when you need to stop and if it's to little (or to much) coffee you adjust accordingly (if the grinder can work it) :)
