Well thats very good of you Gordy thank you. i am having problems with my neck thou. Im trying to use no pressure, WTG, doing ok with my prep , lather but the neck burn aint getting any better as yet. The balm is doing well, without it it would be bad ! Thanks again mate

How many passes are you making on the neck? Preparation is probably your key here, what is your prep. routine?
