http://www.findlaysthebutchers.co.uk, I've not tried this butcher but they seem to win lots of awards for their haggis.

Depends on where you are, Waitrose sell them down in Sassenach land, they're only the Macsween ones but they're not bad at all for a chain, plenty tasty with a bit of spicyness.
 
I thought there would be a thread or two on haggis.
Had a trip north of the border last week. In and out the same day via Edinburgh airport.
I have never tried haggis before so I picked up one of the mass produced ones in the airport.
And I am sure that the one I bought is probably nothing like a 'proper one', but gave it a go.
I was really pleasantly surprised. Nice bit of spice to it. Crumbly texture.
Will be looking out for proper ones when I head over the border again next year.
