That will be a great lathering bowl, great ridge pattern .

That's what I'm hoping, did a bit a Google, reading various forums before ordering and the general consensus seemed to be they were suitable for use a lathering bowl.

That looks ridgealicious. I like everything about it. Does it have a sort of semi-matt glaze?
It's a pity she doesn't show examples of shaving bowls on her Etsy site. She should display previous bowls made, I'm sure that would impress.

Yes I'd say a satin glaze.

I think she's missing a trick TBH. I've been looking for a shave bowl or scuttle for a while but 99% of the time they were from America and they worked out ridiculously expensive.

She just needs to promote herself a bit more and I think she will start to get more and more commissions from the wet shaving community.

I told her the dimensions and a very basic idea of my I was after. It's basically spot on.

I'll be using it tomorrow so look out for my SOTD.
