To be fair, they look like a good job, at least in the piccies. Glad you got a result in the end but you should never have had to suffer such grief to get there. I'd been thinking of sending them one of my keepsake razors, one I'd never part with, but your experience has put me off.

Try Mike(Dr Terror), he seems to be getting his show on the road quite nicely. He'll give you an honest evaluation and not mess you about! There's also a company in Sheffield who a few members have used(but I think you need to get items ready to plate), seen it on posts, but can't remember the details.
