Sword fights and Freshwood

I have a new razor purchased off TSR BST so I thought I would try it out.

Pre: hot wash dove soap
Soap: Boots Black Bowl.
Razor: Swordplay J Horton London) Ltd.
Brush: Vie-Long hore/badger mix.
Post: Boots Freshwood.


Nice shave, strange this I found it easier than my kropp to shave my neck area, however iI Believe my kropp is sharper. I did have to tidy up using my DE but thats the same as usual. The boots soap lathered effortlessly and try as I might I couldn't smell a drop of sweat :p, seamed to cushion well. I used the Boots feshwood which seams to compliment to soap.

Very happy with my new straight razor.

What's doin Brian,

You do have some fun toys. The Executive was my go to razor for a couple of years and is still a top three choice. Shaves like a Fatboy but a little nicer because of the knurling and gold plating.
