I had My 2nd Shave Today with My Thiers-Issard 7/8th..This is One of these So Called New Carbonsong Blades..I bought this NOS & the Seller Said it had Been Purchased from Invisible Edge in the UK & had been Honed by the same Vendor..I can see the Razor has been Honed but I Tweaked it on 3 Micron & 1 Micron Lapping Film because I wasn't Happy with it on My 1st Outing..:)

These SRs Don't Sing..Its a Very Quiet SR & it Sure Shaves Different from any Vintage SR that I have..That's for Sure..A BBS Result & Dolphin Smooth..:p

For all it looks the Part..I Reckon I Prefer My Chinese Gold Dollar..:D

Much the same as last time out except a change of head and what a lovely pair. :rolleyes: Mountains of whipped up lather with the GFT and smooth? Uhh! The word on the Dolphins's forums is they are talking about having an SFS.

Any closer and I wouldn't have an epidermis. One brilliant shave and to make me even happier, this time next week I'll be home and dry.
