A really nice shave, I really love the performance of the Body Shop cream and I am one of those oddballs that really like (rather than tolerate ) the scent.

I would assume that it's made by Creighton's, does anybody know for sure?

Back to free choice after soap of the week and back to favourite Coconut cream. How can anyone no like this cream? Lather explodes from a small blob of cream, silky smooth and dead easy to manage, with a scent that doesn't knock your socks off.

Found a good razor for my Derby blades; I think the aggressiveness of the Cadet (Fatip-like) is tamed by a Derby to make a comfortable irritation-free shave.

Result DFS bordering on BBS.

Three pass kamisori shave. Done!!

BBS on cheeks and moustache but only a DFS on the neck and jawline. I need to build up my muscle memory for a WTG pass, and have plenty more practice.

Still, I've proven to myself I can do it, which is the main thing. I won't be giving up DE or SE shaving though!

Very nice shave, unfortunately my 3 month old Body Shop Brush did not make it through unscathed, detached from the woodern base. Not happy, complaint to Body Shop made.

I have decided on a New Forest Brush which will be shipped monday, many thanks to Peter for fast response and advice.

Thanks again to all for their advice directly to me when requested and in general on this superb forum.
