I feel very lucky to have access to such wonderful razors.

A face lather today to try out the first brush I have ever reknotted. It's always good when the knot doesn't fall out of the handle
The Black Hawk delivered an effortless 3 pass BBS shave.

Razor: Valet Autostrop
Blade: Feather FHS-10 (#4?)
Brush: Maseto 24mm finest
Soap: Fine Platinum
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Humphreys Witch Hazel
AS: Fine Platinum

Another first shave with a razor I have had for a while but not used. The result was outstanding, except for one minor issue which was I nicked what appeared to be the eruption of a spot, and I suspect most razors would have done the same. The Valet razor I have looks nice and shiny but the mechanism that holds the blade has had the hinge repaired, not having another razor to compare it against I could not tell if this was going to cause an issue. The loaded blade looked correctly aligned and was held firmly, I had another SE razor ready in case the shave turned out to be a disaster or a blood bath.

My first aly razor and was not sure on the lightness (38g loaded on scales), but after a couple of strokes, sorted. Extremley agile this one, fantastic grip on that handle, fancy it in black now..

New soap from Maggards, I got two - $7.85 postage! Great lavender scent, maybe 6-7/10 on strength, top notch performer.

Pre-shave - Warm shower, Wright's Cold Tar Soap face wash.
Razor - Supply SE Injector, Plate **.
Blade - Personna PTFE Coated Injector Blade (Day 1).
Soap - OSP Eucalyptus and Menthol.
Bowl - Little Wren.
Brush - Simpsons Duke 2 Best Badger.
Post shave - OSP Eucalyptus and Menthol Aftershave Tonic.

My first shave with the Supply SE. An excellent razor, great build, superb design and quality. I am not sure of I have found the optimal shave angle - a very, very mild shave with plate **. A three pass shave with touch ups and I was only DFS. That said, no issues, no irritation, cuts or weepers.

No complaints though, a great razor to shave with!
