SE September is coming to a close and after my two weeks with the fantastic Cobra I had to use a razor in the same class, the only question was shall it be vintage or modern, the vintage Streamline was my choice today and I'm more than pleased with its performance along with the performance of this wonderful soap. A perfect shave.

After hesitating with SEs recently, I was helped out (enabled?) by @Blademonkey who topped up my GEM blade supply so I could give it one more crack.

I'm glad this happened. This week I have been fully back in the swing. This morning was:

Eveready 1912
OSP Bay Rum (puts hairs on yer chest as you shave 'em off yer face)
Razorock Big Bruce
Jo Malone "Wood Sage and Sea Salt"

With all the maritime connotations and a "Big Bruce" brush, I was feeling like a freshly shaved Scottish pirate!

I had to use one of my favourite modern SE razors again as we are coming to the end of SE September and when paired with a Pal super carbon blade this combo for me is superb.
My first time using this soap and I've been missing out! A great soap that produced a wonderful lather with a equaly wonderful almond scent.
As always with this set up I got a BBS finnish with zero irritation.
Finnishing with possibly the best Post shave balm ever, BBA.
A dab or three of Royal Water on my pulse points and I am well shaven and smeling great! :)

Blade: Kai titan mild Luffy (#4)
Brush: Plisson Pure Badger
Cream: Kiehl's Lite Flight
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Humphreys Witch Hazel
AS: American Crew Tonic

Wonderful shave, took 3 passes but very smooth result.

Three passes and a small touchup for a very nice BBS shave.
