cream: Palmolive Classic
brush: Zenith 24 mm unbleached pig
blade: Klas Törnblom

The last of my shaving creams Palmolive Classic. Lather: thick and slick. Scent: Palmolive soapy. Post: average but not a big deal just add a balm. All in all an uncomplicated shave.
A striking picture, very good. :) P.

Prep: Shower - Alvarez Gomez Tallow Bath Soap
Razor: Muhle R41
Blade: Voshkod
Brush: Omega Proraso Boar
Soap: Arko (grated)
Post: Humphrey's Witch Hazel, Cucumber & Melon
Aftershave: Pitralon (German)

...the R41 has returned to my rotation after some time. I remain staggered with the depth of shave it gives. My muscle memory kicked in and the sweet point fell readilly to hand in terms of angle and pressure - some trepidation remained in use though, it is not a razor that tolerates complacency from me. The quality of chroming and the rose handle still looks great to my eyes. Arko sticks grated into a tub give me so much cushion and slickness and the Proraso Boar remains one of my favourite brushes. Finished off with some wonderful German Pitralon...

Gillette Rocket
Gillette Super Silver (2)
Vitos Red
Boots Tea Tree Witch Hazel, BBA Post Shave Balm & Hai Karate

A good enough shave, jury is out on this blade, not bad for its age but not the comfiest. I will give it a miss tomorrow and use a Gillette Super Platinum. Great lather with the Vitos, superb as to be expected.
