Bit of a pick n mix today & no idea why i picked most of it but hey ho.
A first for me with the razor and i’m over the moon with it, what a brilliant shaver it is.
The look of it is also right up my street and it’s just a joy to have one.
Paired with the vintage perma sharp it shaved like a dream.
not quite a bbs but again not to far off it with the shave being a 8-9 / 10.
The soap for me is up there with the best,
i have 3 Mammoth’s and they are all class.
Really looking forward to tomorrow’s shave
Stay Safe Lads

Prep, cold water.
Razor, Superspeed 1969 I think
Blade, SuperMax
Brush, not sure one from the Emporium I think
Soap, random sample I found. Very annoying as it lathered well and smelt great but no idea what it was
A/S, Bond Speedmaster

A nice straightforward shave. Razor was / is very mild. It seemed to take a little more effort in certain areas on my face to remove material. Absolutely no weepers / cuts / irritation.

Happy with the results. Not sure if a different blade or better technique may have improved the process.

Best,

Ben

That is a Boti Leader Silvertip (24mm bulb). Procured at the best possible price from the internet's most trusted vendor.

Gillette fat handle English flat bottom tech.
Gillette nacet blade.
Mitchells wool fat soap.
Omega 10066 boar brush.
Brut.
After a month or so of using a schick injector this was like meeting up with an old friend. (Not that I disliked the injector) and instantly found the angle and pressure for a more than decent shave, spot on, will do the same tomorrow. (y)
Tech for the win. (y) Ps I like a Tech

Today I really can't be bothered to go down the lengthy road of writing some of my usual garbage, so on a continuation from my last SOTD I give you the theme 'Lacking a load of bollocks'

Lacking - Eunuch Enoch
In - Titan mild
My - AP Shaving 24mm Cashmere
Knackers - Signature Soaps Wicstun
Ouch - Signature Soaps Londinium splash

All I will say is 'smashing super shave'

Dave,

How did the Blackland TI shave?
I did not care for the Stainless Steel at all. Friend loaned me the Titanium and it blew me away. The Titanium has such a soft face feel. If I didn't experience the difference myself I wouldn't have believed it. Unfortunately although a GREAT shaver, I'm too hooked with the Vintage and Antique razors and can't justify keeping it. I have it for sale in the BST on DFS.......
