Razor = Occam’s Oren
Blade = Feather Pro Guard ( 3 )
Brush = C&H 26mm V16 Fanchurian
Soap = Fitjar Islands Slátterøy with matching balm
Splash = Nivea 2 Phase
Back in the uk yesterday & a top class shave today.
I have to say iv only used this soap once before in Norway & i didn’t like it.
The scent is nice but doesn’t lather properly & genuinely face very dry after every pass.
i decided to go for it today but still the same.
The soap isn’t a patch on their creams for sure.
Saying that i still had a class shave.
The brush was a first for me and the V16 didn’t fail to deliver, if anything i reckon it’s a better knot that the v14 & v15 i have.
Less Gel & definitely a bit more scritchy although i would prefer no gel at all.
I’m reaching for the potato peeler more & more it really is a joy.

Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears with Mint Extracts Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Omega 10051.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Cella Da Barba.
Blade : Dorco st300. (D1)

Early morning Shave.
The Merkur 34C paired up with a fresh Dorco st300 wonderfully slicing through my stubble with effortless ease.
An enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report.
Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Boots Freshwood ASB.
My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling divine.

Decent runout this morning, the HAGS took a little more work than usual to get up to par but was rewarded with a very slick lather. Very happy with this razor, this razor seems a little heavier than my other vintage GEMs of which I am very grateful.
Wonderfully smooth and ready for the day, hope everyone has a good one!

Boti 26mm Boar - Vitos Green - Gillette Injector/Personna - Denim Musk AS
A change of livery for the Vitos today...more suited to the season!
The Gillette is a mild razor...perhaps designed for their own twin injector blades? Using the Personna I don't think I could have cut myself even if I had wanted to!
3 passes and a little buffing for a good result

Put notches in a Lada blade to fit the Gibbs razor, set the razor to the 4 setting and had a comfortable two pass shave topped of with a splash of the aftershave. Gibbs adjustable is a great razor the only faff is notching the blades to fit.

The oldest of the 3 Proraso boars. Very soft tips compared to the middle and youngest one, but still retains plenty of backbone.
Britannia soap and splash proved magnificent, again.
Four shaves with the Wizamet have all been super smooth. Think that's it though, despite folk saying that you can get at least 5 or 6 shaves, I'd rather do before I get a draggy bad one.
