I've used only one Colgate stick, which may have been tallow-based and lathered beautifully, quite a bit like the "Barber" pucks. I haven't used Easy. What are the Colgate and Easy sticks like? Never heard of Easy before
I have the floid and the formula K which I keep calling special K lol. Do yourself a favour if you like a menthol hit get them both. Some Fine L'orange Noir, as seen in BST thread! Can't wait to give it a go! Also, may purchase some Myrsol Formula K and/or Floid Mentolado Vigoroso... the temptation is real...

You guyysss! Honestly, goading me to spend my hard-earned cash! Could you both describe the scents for me? I've got an idea about the 'Special K'; it's been described as pepperminty and short-lived before which suits me as I tend to wear an EDT or similar.+ 1 on the Floid Mentolado Vigoroso...probably one of my favourite A/S splashes.
Floid is a classic spanish ( made in Barcelona )'barbershop' scent with a kick of menthol for good measure, it's been around since 1932, it doesn't have a killing staying power, but it leaves a wonderful post feeling to your skin..superb stuff. You guyysss! I've no real clue about the Floid, however. I'm sure I've read somewhere that it's a 'barbershop' scent, though that doesn't really speak much to me...
What exactly is meant by 'barbershop' though? Talcum powder? Hair-spray? Ammonia? I probably should have re-worded my initial question! Thanks for the replies @Palmolive fox and @OomerFloid is a classic spanish ( made in Barcelona )'barbershop' scent with a kick of menthol for good measure, it's been around since 1932, it doesn't have a killing staying power, but it leaves a wonderful post feeling to your skin..superb stuff.
I'm not the best at describing scents but for me personally..i would describe a barbershop smell as citrus/fresh .What exactly is meant by 'barbershop' though? Talcum powder? Hair-spray? Ammonia? I probably should have re-worded my initial question! Thanks for the replies @Palmolive fox and @Oomer
You are spot on with the formula k lovely peppermint and and a little menthol, and mentolado vigarosso I wouldn't really class it as I interpret barbershop, I class barbershop with more talcum powder aftershave splashes like pinaud clubman and American skin bracer. The Spanish may class floid as a barbershop scent though. Floid vigaroso is menthol and more menthol it cools the face perfectly and with a gorgeous scent to boot, I would say without dought my all time favourite. You guyysss!
