I reckon the adjustable head would be amazing in a knurled steel handle.

On the ones I've seen, the handles and heads are pretty much integral, with a plastic moulding added.

Here is that KickStarter Injector....
This thing is 142 grams and to me is very roughly designed to say the least....I hope nobody has a Chubby Thumb...
