Found the creator of the beast!
He did a razor for me a while back and allows full customization of everything. In all honesty, he didn't see it as a Wolfman, he just saw it as a job that he was getting paid to do. And I am sure that the person that paid him to do it did not pay him $1000 which would justify the high price for the razor.
