We usually settle on an Anglo French Italian hybrid Xmas menu.

Starter - Baked Pasta

Main - A piece of charred Sirloin/Rump, sauteed spuds, peas with lettuce.

Desert - Apple tart tartin with chantilley cream, bought in trifle for oiks.

Cheese board, nuts + fruit.

One hopes its not too excessive, off out to buy it all. Grrrrrrrr.

Re: Your'e Xmas Menu...

I don't know what we're having, because that's cooking, and that's woman's work!

I eat what I am given and am grateful for it.

$deity bless us, one and all.

Why can't anyone around here have a turkey with all the trimmings followed by Christmas pudding and brandy butter? The foods so far sound delicious (inc. the Pot Noodle!) but not at all Christmassy!!!!

Re: Your'e Xmas Menu...

I used to buy Turkey Ham when I wanted a drink.

I concur, I just cannot fathom why you would only eat something once a year. I tried traditional once after sending the boy up the chimney and then I thought why? I prefer to eat tastier beasts and then someone called the RSPCC.

I cook family favourites with a bit of a twist and which I know I'm good at. Simples.
