Look at deployment clasps too on a leather strap. I had a Christopher ward watch this year for my birthday with a leather strap and deployment clasp. Very comfortable and a nice neat look.

as you are travelling I wouldn't get a leather strap

Agreed. I "had" an original leather strap on a Timex self winding. Beautiful. ~ 10yrs old. Took it by mistake on vacation. Didn't think the waterslide would hurt it. Wrong! By the next morning it was in 4 pieces.

I have purchased a few straps from this site. Always very good quality, really recommend them.
I have put one on my Tag as originals cost a fortune and I can not really tell the difference
