The only addition I will make..... I received an email from RM saying they were expecting a package from Germany and they promised to notify me when it entered their system. I heard nothing more from them until it dropped through the letterbox!

Ok I see. I'll see if I can catch the Postman and notify him that I should be receiving an item in the next few days/next week and get him to leave it with my cousin, if it would be a weekday that he has it.
