Shaving Recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Bulldog Vetiver & Black Pepper Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
Brush: Anbbas 24mm Tuxedo Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Proraso Eucalyptus & Menthol Shaving Soap.
Blade: Treet Classic. (D1)
Razor: Parker Variant. (Face) 2.5-wtg, 2.5-xtg, 3-atg+pick ups.
Razor: Gilette Guard. (Head) - (D3)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Paco Rabanne Pour Homme ASL. / Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

(Face & Head Shave)

A new shave set up to start the weekend...

It's been while since I use my Parker Variant and forgot how much of a efficiently smooth it is which paired together with the Treet Platinum wonderfully mowing through my stubble with effortless ease. Out of the three adjustable DE razors that I have in my collection the Parker Variant is my favourite, as I find the weight & build superb.

A wonderful performance from the Parker Variant/Treet classic duo to start the weekend off on a high note.

The Indian made Gillette guard continues to impress mowing through my head/dome stubble with effortless ease.

A close comfortable face and head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face & precious swede are both feeling smooth and smelling divine.;)

I reckon this mornings Shave will see me through the Weekend as meeting people today, but tomorrow a bit of a laid back day at my Sister in Laws. Going to my first Athletics meet of 2024, not officiating but meeting friends who are.

A super, smooth, close shave with the Hawk and a Proline P30 this morning. There is a large donut hole in the B&M soap now but the scent still leaps out of the tub when the top is removed. A very impressive scent it is too.

My Shave today consisted of...
Hot shower.
Prep Proraso preshave.
Brush Highlander LE2023 Boar.
Soap GFT.
Razor Blackland Vector.
Blade Kai Captain titan mild 5th use.
Aftershave Jean paul gaultier Scandal.

Second shave with the Vector, I am starting to get used to the feel of the tiny head and handle, I usually have massive heavy handles making this feel like I am shaving with a pencil.
Another nice shave but not bbs, more than good enough though.
The headshave was excellent so top marks for that.
The sun is out so have a great day ahead and enjoy.

The "new" Silksmoke Brush has plenty of backbone and picks up soap easily with a nice face feel when building the lather on the chin. Very happy with it so far.
The Lupo is a crackin little razor fitted with the Alpha handle, feeling smooth and efficient through the shave, the Ladas blade did give some feedback when cutting although not a lot of audio, i bought 100 from La Barbiera during their clearance sale and for the price a very capable blade.

Razor - Unknown Open Comb
Blade - Gillette 365
AS - Wars Sensitive

Lovely smooth comfortable shave but quite a bit of irritation during and after the shave, maybe it was the blade? The 365 was definitely more enjoyable to use than the PPI Astra Superior Platinum I used for the last few shaves.
