For anyone looking for a stylish way to, oh I dunno, say light up their hand warmers there's a massdrop going on for four different all brass zippo lighters for about $12/lighter

I did receive my Peacock Platinum vintage, I think, hand warmer today. $10-15 and it looks rather nice.
Seems like the wick has been burnt a bit but the inside is all good so this should work nicely.
Any suggestions for good/inexpensive fuel for these things?

Yeah that's typical temp in Scotland. It may get colder as the season progresses.

The hand warmer was just phenomenal. Topped up and the first burn lasted 9hrs. After a couple of uses I should get 12hrs.

Think you missed my other post... what method did you use to light it? Great to hear the results you are getting!

Sorry about that, I tracked back and couldn't see it. I use a butane lighter I use for lighting cigars just over the the swab at the top. Perhaps for about 10 - 15 secs and that's it started all day
