Workout 4/30/16
3x25 Dips
3x10 Seated Preacher Curls
3x12 Barbell Curls
3x12 Cable Concentration Curls
3x10 Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
3x12 Seated Rear Delt Flys
3x10 Seated Rows
3x35 Hack Squat Calf Raises

Brutal session today, i'm spent!

That's exactly what I did today!
Apart from instead of all that I had brunch w/ mimosas with a woman 15 years younger than me.
 
Sadly nothing as exciting as @Darkbulb ...why do gym staff members decide to come and vacuum around your feet as you are lifting the HEAVY weights above your head? Just a personal gripe of "gym culture" . Oh and I did see an elderly guy washing his socks in the changing room sink. Therefore I decided to fill my water bottle elsewhere:eek:

CARDIO !
Anyway...5000m Rowing, 25 mins elliptical, 15 mins Jacob's ladder (Killer!!) . Cool down..10 mins cycling.
Absolutely destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!
