Shaving recipe for today.
Prep: hot shower:/Radox Fennel & Sea Minerals For Men shower gel/ warm wet flannel to my face.
Pre:
3 Drops of Wilkinsons Shaving Oil: / Fruits: Rhubarb & Vanilla Body Butter.
Razor: Jagen David E01 .
Blade: Rapira Super Stainless .(1)
Brush: Semogue 1305.
Face Lather.
soap: Blue's Goat's milk.
Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.
Post:
Lavender oil/Witch Hazel Mixture./Floid Mentolado Vigoroso A/S.
Gillette Sensitive A/S Balm.
Since i started DE shaving i've found products that are totally suited to my skin,blue's goat milk soap, equal to tabac & cella are my favourites..at the moment, every time i use it, the performance protection, & slickness are superb, ok it doesn't come out on top for it's fragrance, but it's post shave feeling is excellent like Tabac & Cella...i've actually finished my first tin today, which has lasted me, 7 month..not to worry though, i have another two.
A excellent 3 pass silky smooth shave with no errors to report, yet again. Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Floid Mentolado Vigoroso, probably one of my favourite aftershaves. Feeling refreshed, and ready for what sunday has to offer.Enjoy your day,gentlemen.

Soap – Soap Smooth - Sandalwood Ten
Post - Cold water rinse, Witch Hazel, Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion
Soap Smooth hit the mark again with Sandalwood Ten, protecting me against a very 'efficient' shave with iKon B1 Deluxe/Astra combo.. 2 pass BBS..... Result.

Post shave - D.R. Harris skin tonic, followed by Lucky Tiger Disappearing After Shave Cream.
The pre-shave routine worked very well today, I'm going to try that combination for a few weeks - seemed to get better razor glide.

Razor: ATT SE1 + Bamboo handle
Blade: Feather Pro Super (3)
After: WH, Myrsol Plastic AS, La Toja ASB
Third consecutive shave with this razor/blade and I think I'm getting in the groove now. No nicks or cuts, in fact no sting from the AS at all. Still need to be a little wary of the blade because it's so long (got to watch out what one end's doing while concentrating on the other). The results are impressive though and I can see why many prefer this razor.
