Superb Sunday Shave
A good start as the brush when loaded up and face lathered felt very invigorating , firm but not at all scratchy. All my shaves with any adjustable tend to be on a mild setting , but today I went from my usual 4 setting to 5. The shave as usual was very smooth, but so efficient that I have probably got what must be rated as one of the Top Shaves, I have ever had. Think I might be indulging in some face stroking later on , to confirm how really good it was.

The Schick Adjustable is not my Favourite Razor [ looks-wise ], but really does provide a fantastic shave when fitted
with a Twin Blade.

Grifetto!​

Mastro Livi Grifetto rocks! Today I needed a super cooling shave - I do not like the heat and today it seems quite hot here - and I opted for a couple of products I knew they could give me a sort of cooling effect. I used Prep shaving soap, having a moderate cooling effect, and what gave me a super freezing touch was my homemade Thyrrenus aftershave. I in fact specifically made this aftershave for summertime and I wanted it to be super refreshing, just like ice cubes caressing your face. As for Mastro Livi Grifetto, it is always a super performing razor delivering a very close and super smooth shave as well as being very gentle on the skin. What a refreshing shave!​

This was my first use of the Floris Elite. Like all the old Floris tallow-based shaving soaps, this one is wonderful. The Red for Men aftershave is slightly viscous, like a thin syrup, and it burns briefly but then is quite soothing; its fragrance is unremarkable but pleasant.

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

No aftershave or EdT for some reason

Couple days wortha whiskers whacked without effort using this very fun razor/blade combo. Plus, the shaving cream makes it even better with great performance and scent.
