Razor - 1912 ER (Made in England)
Blade - Gem
Soap - Wickham SS Dandyism
Brush - Custom Badger
Edt - Custom Blend PP

I am really enjoying these SE razors, the shave from them is incredibly close. Mrs Fox said that my face feels smoother than a cashmere woo tang! I don't know what a woo tang is, but she is right, it is very smooth. :)

Best shave I've ever had today. The one thing different was I treated myself to the luxury of a bath, the luxury of sloshing about in my own filth. Not so luxury when you think of it like that, but the shave certainly was.

Brush: Omega something or other, the little beehive handle one.

Soap: Wickham Super Smooth- Sheridan's V1

Razor: EJ89

Blade: Nacet (10ish- since July I've used two blades so it's around that number)

Post: Witch hazel, old spice AS.

Whipped up a nice lather in the bowl, (thanks Fly3k for tip) 3 extremely close passes, feeling super smooth and smelling fresh. All in all a very pleasing Sunday shave.

Have a great day/evening Chaps :D

Prep: Hot shower
Pre: Murdock Avalon pre-shave oil
Soap: Grandstaff Holy Smokes
Bowl: Woodhead Pedestal
Brush: MÜHLE Kosmo silvertip synthetic
Razor: Gen Junior Bar + Weber Bulldog handle
Blade: Gem (4)
After: Proraso AS, Proraso ASB

Weird holding the Junior Bar with a DE handle (the original was a tiny pear-shaped wooden one) but got used to it and gave a lovely BBS with the help of amazing Grandstaff lather.

Interesting fact: you're not supposed to lift up the bar when inserting the blade into this razor. This makes it super-easy to load; just need to flip the tab to provide the pressure to lock the blade. Such a simple design, why did they overcomplicate things later on? Another neat feature is this blade is almost totally exposed above and underneath so I don't think there's a problem leaving it in the razor until the next shave; plenty of space for air to circulate.

Have a great day, folks.
