S.O.T.D. Saturday 4th April to Friday 10th April 2015

Pre Shave:- Hot Shower
Proraso Pre Shave Cream
Soap:- Nanny's Eucalyptus and Tea Tree
Brush:- Traditional Shaving Pure Badger
Razor:- ATT S1 with Colossus Handle
Blade:- Muhle (2)
Post Shave:- Floid Mentolado Vigoroso
Lots of unpleasant feedback from the alum block today.
I have not used Muhle blades before.
Thought I might have got more than one good shave from it.
I know YMMV but I get better service from a Derby.

As I don't often shave on the weekends today marked the last day of my weeklong usage of the Tradere.
I will truly miss it and I it's the first razor that have caused me to second-guess my plan to use different razors each week this year - as it will be a long time until I get to pick it up again...

This looks a little messy and I am replying to Rowlers query.
The Nanny's Eucalyptus and Tea Tree was the hard soap version.
The fragrance is lovely.
I am a relative newbie and I think that I have not quite the hang of lathering this particular soap yet. Any tips would gratefully received.
I did not think I got a great deal of cushion and this soap and may be a factor in the feedback that I got from the alum block today.
It certainly does not give as much cushion as Nanny's Signature which is awesome.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards
Steve
