If you live in / near Leeds then you could actually walk into a shop to buy your shave kit - not something you see very often. Greens of Leeds have a small selection of shaving hardware / software, but more than everywhere else around where I live.

If you're caught short and need a Proraso hit and you're in Durham City - then the Durham Pipe & Tobacco Shop at Stall 2, Durham Indoor Market, Market Place, Durham City has some. Not exactly exciting prices (£4.49 for the 75ml version) but it's there, available to carry away today.

If you're feeling wealthier and you're in Hexham and want a similar service, Hares of Hexham at 45 Fore Street will relieve you of £6.99 for a 75ml tub or £9.99 for a 150ml tub... they had other stuff including (but not limited to) Merkur Razors, Vulfix Old Original Soaps, D.R.Harris sticks... and a monster Vulfix brush - must have a 5" handle and a knot that you could paint a ship with...

Was in John Lewis at Newcastle at the weekend & they now stock Taylors of Old Bond Street products, they had the Sandalwood shaving cream tubs & the gift sets containing a badger shaving brush & a tub of cream, they also had the TOBS Sandalwood aftershave lotion - a rare find in a high street store !
