First one I tried was my Dads old spice. First I bought was Blue Stratos. Hated Brut, smelled like cat pee[FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES]

Well remember getting the tram down to Woolworths in Partick before my 1st "record hop" and buying a bottle of their own brand "Sabre" AS plus a matching tie & pocket square.

My first i think was Yardleys Black Label, and i also used their Shaving Stick .My preferred blade was Wilkinson Sword, which my sister sent to me when serving abroad.

Old spice my old man gave me. I was eight or so. With old spice back On the shelves, I bought a bottle. My 4 year old is pirate mad and now is the owner. He thinks is pirate aftershave. A piece of nostalgia living on for another generation. Nice moments.

Life is good

Paco Rabanne, stolen from my step dad's stash. 16 and off to the pub drenched in the Rabanne. Also used Mandate and Quorum in my late teens.

Like Chopper I was bought Givenchy Gentleman when I was 17 by a kindly auntie, I felt honoured and respected to have such a grown up smell. Couldn't stand it then of course!

Was it Guy Larouche (sp?) who did drakar noir?
If it was they also did a great aftershave called Horizon. It was my first, and will remain, my favourite.
Other fun memories include Blue Stratos (still available on amazon!) and jazz by YSL.
