Feeling very spoilt today by the postman, tyvm to @Sandalwoody for the great Spanish Leather gear and tyvm to @Johnny Beeblebrox for the Merkur 37c very generous of you and lastly to my wife that got up in the night and completed a purchase as a surprise because she saw me pop a 34c into a basket and a 39c. I popped them in a few days ago whilst I was mulling over what to do but guess she made the decision for me. Gotta love her.
A lovely surprise unless it's to butter me up for some expensive shoes she has found ha ha.
Where did you buy the 34C out of interest.

Couple of different deliveries this month. Firstly with a haul of Stirling soaps, tried my first Stirling soap earlier this year and really enjoyed it so took the opportunity to try a few different scents.

Not pictured is black ice, I wasn't a fan of the scent so that went to my dad.

Also got a few bits for travelling later in the year.

I’ve been after - friends to the end - for a while. Are you in America by any chance.

I’ve had a look now and can’t find it at any vendors . J.

No I'm in Scotland. It was actually just an eBay find of a seller with all of the Stirling soaps in the picture which were partially used

I'm assuming a member from here as the eBay name matches with a member here

Nice - good find mate - it’s a dupe of MFK 540. And I know stirling do great scents.

Enjoy. J.

Looking forward to your S.O.T.D post and thoughts about it.
It’s dead annoying mark because I asked gile to make me an autumn brush - and I thought it would be a while before he could and he showed me this - which he had in stock - and of course I said yes.

Autumn / fall being my favourite time of the year . Great opportunity for photography and in my opinion the best time of the year for scents - also I get to wear my Belstaff jackets lol.

So I wasn’t going to use it just yet but maybe I’ll do a spooky shave of the day this week considering the weather has been so abysmal LOL. J.

Ooooh GIF

I'm interested in your thoughts on this.
First shave with the Spirit is done. After reading some of the descriptions, I thought this razor may be too assertive for me. As a reference point - I found the Vector too assertive but enjoyed the Claymore Evo.

The Spirit feels surgical in use. So light and nimble. The shave was very comfortable. Not what i was expecting. This is the first shave - I'll report back here after my future shaves. I'll also use a non (glacial) mentholated soap for the next shave. I'm not sure if the couple of patches on my jaw line are due to me finding my feet with the razor or the fact I could barely see through my streaming eyes because the Stirling Glacial was so strong!!
