As you can see I have marked out the differences. They are sold as the same blade so could just be a new change in design. I will know once I start shaving with it and get to about shave 3 and 4.

I think it's just the branding on the "ice cube" packs, which are clearly for retail/home use rather than the bulk packs. Product code is 62-0178 which is the right ones for shaving.

Here's an older blade from an "ice cube" pack ... notice the crimp and the arrow after the GEM brand ... and the "Super Stainless".



Of course, it'll change again once we get onto the new AccuTec/AccuForge/AccuThrive branding. Same blades, though.

Got a lovely Yaqi Tuxedo resin / synthetic shaving brush from China coming - for my Girlfriend`s legs and other places - I don`t use shaving brushes at all - too used to living in the Sahara desert in Egypt with no water anywhere.
I can`t see the white tips of the brush bristles - I`ll have to wait `till they land in a day or two.
Also got a Yaqi space blue scalloped head - which is growing on me with previous colours.



Also got her a nice new big 8" double-sided make-up / shaving mirror - I don`t look in the mirror for years - don`t need reminding - plus I got her some 1970`s vintage Shulton - Desert Flower perfume and talc - NOS - imported from The States which she adores.



I couldn`t resist this Imperial Leather Classic aftershave 100ml - NIB - either because it reminds me of being a teenager in Yorkshire in 1979.

Alum Stone… a bit of voodoo… like when you go out with an umbrella… it never rains. Not expecting I’ll need it, but I’m still working through blade sample packs, so there’s always a chance of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre…

Today the postie arrived with a gorgeous Yaqi Tuxedo shaving brush - for the missus - I don`t use `em - she stroked it like a cat, laughed and is most delighted at the surprise.

A couple of Yaqi closed comb heads dropped in - a silver stainless one and a blue one - both lovely - will try `em soon...ish.
I put the heads on a Yaqi titanium and solid brass handle and they fit nicely.

With my two Yaqi best of boths - open and closed comb in one head I think I`ve found Nirvana - I couldn`t care less if they were mounted on a wooden dolly clothes peg - I`d use `em all the time and no need for my vintage Techs or this Chinese adjustable

I couldn`t care less what the razor looks like - as long as it performs well - I prefer aggressive because I`m au fait with English Sheffield, German and French antique razors.
Loved the Victorian 1890`s ones !

Also got another American 1990`s new in box vintage California for Men by Jacyln Smith & Max Factor - 30ml spray - because of happy memories.

Cussons Imperial Leather 100ml NIB aftershave is arriving next week plus a Yagi rose gold shaver for the friendly dragon and a 1930`s Gillette brass open comb travel razor in a tiny velvet lined brass case is on the way hopefully.

Oh a 1965 mint Philips Philishave 2 head battery shaver is coming plus 2 new rotary heads - separately next week hopefully.

Plus I ordered 40 Imperial Leather 90 gram soaps and 6 x 250ml Pears body wash bottles - then - that`s it - don`t need anything else - got enough shaving gear to last me decades ( I might make 65 if God is kind to me )

Thanks guys I`ve got forty bars of 90 gram Imperial Leather soap coming by DPD from Poundland next week and 100ml of Imperial leather Classic aftershave _ I`m in Heaven - yippee !!
Can`t find the 185 gram bath soaps anywhere though - drat !
In the Sahara desert I shaved with an old straight and booze and oil - needs must !
Here`s me coming back from clubbing - I`m 59 !
