Bit of an unexpected shave as I was told (by the Boss) that we are going out tonight.
Decided to reach for my birth year Superspeed. What a shave it was! 9/10 . Every time I use this or my Gem razors, I'm amazed at how brilliantly designed and engineered they are - they got it bang on all those years ago.
The Flare tip is no frills,no drama, simply a holder for a blade - but boy does it do the job fantastically! 3 passes (not really needed but I was enjoying the shave) resulting in a BBS - the accompanying cast was top notch- but the beautifully simple Gillette was the star of the show.

Early Shave before weekend away. This is proving to be a nice Razor for a quick quality Shave, with no fuss involved. Cannot compare it to The Cobra ,but much better than a King Cobra which looked good but never delivered a good all round finish.

It’s been a while since i used Citrus Kiss and i was pleasantly surprised.
I always remember being a poor man’s Castle Forbes but i have to say its been the best lather if had all week, it’s starting to get a bit gloopy which surprises me. i might leave the lid off & try to dry it out a bit,
Then again iv had it 4 years and it’s still performing & hasn’t lost much scent.

Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Omega Eucalyptus Shaving Cream.
Blade: Feather Hi Stainless.(D2)
Razor: King C Gillette.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, /Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Proraso Eucalyptus & Menthol ASL/ Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

A relaxing Sunday morning shave.

The Omega shaving cream Omega shaving cream provided slick protective lather, the kick from the Eucalyptus oil has a wonderful cooling effect and a great morning wakeup call for my ageing face sensors.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling cool smooth, & smelling divine.;)
