Champion composition, mate. Lovely job. Pretty good shave, too - I'm getting "a thing" for those Rubberset style brushes and you know, I'm not a brush man.

Not used the Astras for a while and with blade expertimenting had pretty much written them off. Found an odd blade in my travel pack whilst tidying the den so chucked it in. Fantastic shave. Needless to say the 80 odd blades I had left have found their way back into my rotation.

Soap: Nanny's Signature White Grape and Bamboo
Brush: Vie-Long Horse
Razor 1: Kropp 6/8
Razor 2: 1966 Gillette SS flare tip.
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue.
Post: Styptic then alum.
AS: Nivea Sensitive Balm, Professor Blighty's Hyperion post shave tonic.
2 Pass wtg full face with the kropp, i pass atg with the Superspeed. A couple of nicks on chin and under nose but very comfortable shave today, finishing with one of my favorite AS, Hyperion.
